Architect, NCARB, AIA

Founded Cook Associates in 1988. The firm became an Arizona Corporation on January 1, 2001. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Cook worked for three local firms as Project Architect and Projects Manager primarily working on Retail, Hospitality, and Industrial projects. As Cook Associates Architects, Inc., Mr. Cook and staff have provided architectural services on a substantial number of industrial projects and area redevelopment projects.

Project Manager

Loon Teoh brings extensive architectural experience to the firm. Project types include retail, historic preservation, tenant improvements and alterations, small to large scale buildings, custom homes, hotel image enhancements and lobby remodels. Other experience includes working abroad in Malaysia. Project involvement includes a 15- acres commercial mixed-use project, 8-story office building with 2-level parking garage, hotel lobby & banquet room remodel, and liaison with local building officials.

Architect-in-Training

Nate Billimack has apprenticed for several years under Mr. Cook during and after his time at the University of Arizona. He takes a hands on approach to architecture, most enjoying his time spent in the field on design build new construction, remodels and natural disaster intervention. With years of experience in Human Resources, Nate leverages these interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage the community on projects including single family residences, church campuses, and main street master plans.

 

Office Manager and Marketing

Chris Cables oversees the administration operation for Cook Associates Architects. In addition, possessing a strong background in photography and video, Mr. Cables heads the marketing and PR for the firm.
